So...You've tried almost everything, right?  Well, B.E.S.T. is possibly the last one you need to try.  I firmly believe that B.E.S.T. can improve your life in at least one way, if not many.

I first learned of B.E.S.T. in 2012 at conference in Miami.  After an amazing demonstration of a simple technique I was hooked!!! This can, and has changed people's lives....it's changed mine both personally and professionally.

HOW IT WORKS.....
I'm sure you can agree that we humans hold onto our stresses which then accumulate in the body. After time (or even immediately) this can present with physical symptoms. 
B.E.S.T. is a gentle hands on technique using muscle testing to determine where the interference (or stress) is coming from, and remove it. Everything has an energetic frequency, using BEST  

 

When your body is then functioning at it's highest balance point, it has the ability to function more efficiently, and therefore repair damage from physical, nutritional, or mental/emotional stress and allow your body to function at it's optimal potential for health - the way we're supposed to!  

Another amazing thing about this technique is that I can teach you how to do what's called the "Morter March" at home - it literally takes 90sec - and you can continue to get the benefits after I treat you and further integrate the treatment.  How awesome is that??!!

B.E.S.T. is a method for me to get you feeling your best (ok, pun intended, lol) But don't leave all the work up to me.  I will be here to treat, give my opinion & advice. YOU need to do the work and follow through with it.  You don't get big muscles by going to the gym once, right?  Stress is in our lives everyday.  BEST is a way to combat it.  Seeing me is great, but I'm not with you every hour of every day.  Don't get me wrong, if you want a treatment everyday, book in and I will treat you! lol But, I'd rather give you the knowledge and building blocks to build your own muscles ;)
