I first learned of B.E.S.T. in 2012 at conference in Miami.  After an amazing demonstration of a simple technique I was hooked!!! This can and has changed people's lives....it's changed mine.

B.E.S.T. is a gentle hands on technique using muscle testing to determine where the interference (or stress) is coming from.  Once that is established, I facilitate your body to regain it's balance.  Another amazing thing about this technique is that I can teach you how to do what's called the "Morter March" at home - it literally takes 90sec - and you can further continue to get the benefits after I treat you and further integrate the treatment.  How awesome is that??!!

The theory behind BEST is that we hold onto our stress which accumulates in the body, and in turn the body can present with physical symptoms, mental chatter, or a 'heavy' feeling.  B.E.S.T. helps eliminate and remove those interferences bringing your body back to it's perfect balance point, therefore allowing your body to function at it's optimal potential for health - the way we're supposed to!
