Yo!
I’m Christine…

…and I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2001.

Over TWENTY years of practice and going strong! Self employed since 2008. I LOVE being my own boss!!

As an athlete for even longer, I’ve had my share of injuries and I know what it's like to sit on the bench while your teammates are playing hard and having fun. I’m a good cheerleader, but I’d much rather be on the field. Competition is in my blood. Which is why I work so hard at getting you back to where YOU want to be. From World Cups or backyard shenanigans with your kids, to long office days, or sitting in patrol cars, I’ve got you covered

I am free spirited, competitive, and will stop on the side of the road to watch a sunset.

must. love. travel.

One time the ONLY thing I booked was my flight and my first hotel for 32 days of travel. Everything else was a ‘let’s-see-what-happens-when-the-time-comes’ decision:

I ate a scorpion within 10 hours of landing in Bangkok, got a traditional Thai hand poke tattoo on Kho Phi Phi Island, woke up at 4am to photograph sunrises in Ubud, surfed some killer waves in Nusa Lembongan and got 4 stitches in my knee (I collided with my surfboard on a bad wave), drove a scooter for the first time, and bought an extra suitcase for the way home from Bali to bring home even more memories.

Actually, I’ve done that a few times…I’m not one to book ahead… haha!

13 countries, 12 US states, 6 Canadian Provinces

Bucket List: Argentina, Brazil, New Foundland, Portugal, Iceland, Vietnam, Tanzania, Nepal

I’ll choose surfing and sand over snow, but not much will stop me from getting on a plane and exploring new places.

Big adventures await!

must. love. sports

I was the only girl on my hockey team. I was last at bat in T-ball to hit everyone home. I’ve been competitive and independent for as long as I can remember. Volleyball and gymnastics took up a lot of my younger years and into high school.

When I made the field hockey team in high school I wasn't aware of the major impact and role this sport would have on my life.
Because of Field Hockey I’ve made lifelong friends, travelled the UK & France, and put my competitive nature to good use. I’ve also had more injuries from this sport alone than all the others combined (though surfing is getting close, haha). I’ve made memories that I will always treasure.

I’ve been playing on the Kitchener Klassics competitive team since I was 19, and in 2020 I made the Team Canada Masters Over 40! The World Cup Tournament was in Nottingham England – which unfortunately, like so many others, was cancelled by covid.
Here’s to Team Canada 2024 !!

Canadian Indoor Classic (Feb 2020)

must. love. photography

Wherever I go, my Nikon comes with me. And I go a lot of places…
It’s been a while since I’ve really shot anything, but it’s still a passion of mine.

I love shooting concerts and sports. The first concert I ever shot was Aerosmith!! Oh and Slash was there that day too :)

Be prepared for what’s around the corner. It just may be the most beautiful sunset yet.

Let’s go!!

Let’s get you back to your B.E.S.T. self.
