So a HUGE component is education with the tools & selfcare techniques I teach so you can utilize the power of your body’s own ability to heal, and the mindset to keep you there. They help extend the effectiveness of what we do during treatments, and continue to clear out any stress interference blocking your way to healing, health, and peak performance.

Whether you’re playing for a stadium filled with thousands of fans, or you’re in your local city league, you feel pressure to do your best. Healing from an injury or wanting to excel as an athlete seem like different goals, but energetically are similar. In both cases we resolve any energetic stress interference blocking the way.

 Stress can interfere with those goals if you don’t know how to overcome it, resulting in low performance on the field, or sitting on the bench longer than preferred.

Two things that injuries have in common:
Stress & Stuck Energy.

Because your subconscious mind controls about 95% of your bodily functions, your pain, restricted movement, or condition may be caused from a stored memory pattern in your subconscious mind - A SEMO (Subconscious Emotional Memory Override). In the simplest terms, it’s a stuck feedback loop. When we remove the interference of that cycle and balance your energy field, your body begins to heal as a byproduct of that balancing. Your mind becomes clear. You resolve limiting beliefs in your way of accomplishing your goals.
