  • If more than 24 hours notice you can login to your account into your Jane here or call, text, or email me to reschedule.

If less than 24 hours the Cancellation Policy applies - see below for details.

  • Just you!

I do not need to see a Doctors note or Insurance information

  • Yes. If the services I offer resonate with you and you’re wanting to be an active part of your heath, then we may just be a great fit!

  • If you don’t see an opening that works with your schedule, add yourself to my waiting list on Jane! You will be automatically notified via email when something becomes available in the time frame you chose! How awesome is that?! It also puts you on my radar in case I can sneak you in somewhere – but don’t’ tell my boss 😉

I also post last minute availability in my stories on Instagram and Facebook.

We can also do a 15-30 min phone consultation so I can give you some advice and homecare until you can get in to see me.

  • No, you pay me directly and then submit the claim to your insurance company.

  • Yes. But also no.

In person treatments are under an RMT’s Scope of Practice, and are billed as “Massage Therapy”
Remote treatments are not billable under massage therapy as I am not physically touching you for treatments.

  • Here is what you can expect for your appointments:

    • Pre-Screening: Screening questionnaires are no longer mandatory. However, if you are feeling unwell at any time, please reschedule your appointment.

    • Check-In: Please arrive for your appointment no more than a few minutes before you treatment time. Unless you walked and it’s raining, then come on in!!

    • Masks: Optional. If you feel more comfortable to wear one you obviously can. If you would like me to wear one as well, please say so if I’m not already wearing one.

    • Sanitation Stations: Hand hygiene is always a good thing! There are many bottles of hand sanitizer, and certainly the good old soap an water in the washroom.

Please read the full safety & protocols here.

Cancellation Policy

I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. As a self-employed business owner, 100% of my income comes from my amazing clients - that’s you!

When you cancel with short notice it jeopardizes my livelihood, and takes away a spot that could have been filled by someone else. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment for any reason you’ll need to choose a cancellation option. Yes really, ANY reason: flat tire, illness, emergency, alien abduction, boss calls a meeting.

Three cancellation options to choose from!

First, contact me ASAP and inform me you need to cancel. I look at texts more often than email, especially between clients. Phone calls are good too.

Cancellation Options

  1. Send someone else! I’m sure a family member or co-worker would happily take your appointment. I’ve had several clients do this in the past , and I’ll waive your fee because you filled the slot!

  2. Get a remote B.E.S.T. session. Yay! You still get treatment! Great to do when you’re sick or stressed. The only stipulation is that you cannot be driving or operating machinery during the treatment. If you can’t make the video call, I can still treat you and email you after with what was treated and any homecare that came up. So if you’re in bed with a migraine and can't move, this is a great option!

  3. Pay the cancellation fee: To be paid via EMT or credit card on file. Simply just let me know which you prefer.

  • Notice within 24 hours: 50% of the treatment fee.

  • Missed appointment / No show: 100% of treatment fee

I feel that these options are fair for both of us. This is a way for me to protect my most valued resource - my time. I value your time, and I require the same as well.

Late arrivals will be billed the full treatment fee and receive the remainder of the treatment time left.

NOTE: Receipts issued for missed appointments or Remote B.E.S.T. treatments are not claimable for insurance purposes.

Every day offers the opportunity to start anew.
